Return and Refund Policy
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as transposed into the legislation of each Member State, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons.
1. Withdrawal Period
The 14-day period starts from receipt of the last item in your order. If you ordered multiple items in one order but delivered separately, the period starts from receipt of the last item.
Deadline: 14 days from receipt of your order.
2. Return Conditions
- •Product must be in original condition (unused, unworn)
- •All packaging must be intact (box, dustbag, carton)
- •Tags and accessories must be present
- •Product must show no signs of use
- •Copy of invoice or order confirmation must be included
Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases of exclusion provided for by European Directive 2011/83/EU and its transposition in your country of residence.

Send an email to contact@bagobuy.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Your Return Instructions
We will send you the return address and shipping instructions. If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, a prepaid label will be provided and we will cover the costs.

Pack the Product
Place the product in its original packaging, then in a protective box.
ÉTAPE 4
Ship the Package
Ship the package to the return address provided, using the carrier of your choice. Keep your proof of shipment and tracking number: they will be requested. If a prepaid label has been provided, follow the accompanying instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the following cases:
• Defective or non-conforming product
• Our error (wrong item sent)
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover all costs.
Return shipping costs depend on the weight of the package, the destination and the chosen carrier. The exact amount will be communicated to the customer before the return is shipped.
5. Refund Period
Refund occurs within 14 days maximum from receipt of the returned product. Refund is made via the same payment method used for the original order.
Return package receipt: 3-5 business days
Product condition verification: 2-3 business days
Refund processing: 5-10 business days
Credit to your account: depending on your bank
6. Exceptions to Withdrawal Right
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases of exclusion provided for by European Directive 2011/83/EU and its transposition in your country of residence.
If in doubt about return eligibility, contact us before sending the product back.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges (same model, different size or color) are possible subject to availability. Contact us at contact@bagobuy.com to check availability before proceeding with return.
Procedure: Return the original product under conditions above, then place a new order for the desired product.
