Once you've saved your order, you send it to us on WhatsApp. We reply with an official PayPal payment link.

• You pay by PayPal, bank card or Apple Pay.
• You benefit from PayPal Purchase Protection: if there's a problem (item not received or not as described), you can open a dispute and get refunded.
• Transaction fees are on us, never on you.
• You can ask us any question before paying.

You never pay directly on the site: payment is made only through your secure PayPal link.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days after receipt to return your order.

• The bag must be returned in its original, unused condition, with its packaging.
• Return shipping costs are at your expense.
• The refund is full (excluding return shipping), to your original payment method.
